You should apply only in person.

Special Cases

1. Citizenship Application Files are confidental documents. Therefore, they are not given to anyone who is not in-charge or authorized to receive.
2. Due to the order of The Ministry, all legal warnings should be signed by the applicants themselves. Even if there is a power of attorney, legal warnings do not apply to the legal represents.
